3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder is an independent legal person or other organization with legal business qualifications;
2) If the bidder is a manufacturer of the bidding goods, they shall provide the "Medical Device Production Enterprise License of the People's Republic of China" or the "First Class Medical Device Production Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations; If the bidder is a sales enterprise, they shall provide the "License for Medical Device Business Enterprises of the People's Republic of China" or the "Second Class Medical Device Business Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant national licenses. (Applicable for bidding goods under medical device management)
3) The bidding goods should have a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People's Republic of China" or "First Class Medical Device Filing Certificate"/"Notice of First Class Medical Device Filing Number". (Applicable for bidding goods under medical device management);
4) The bidder is a professional manufacturer of the equipment required for this production, or an authorized agent;
5) The bidder has no significant record of illegal activities in their business activities within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
6) The bidder has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn).
