3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) If the bidder is an enterprise within the territory of the People's Republic of China, it must have independent legal personality and provide a copy of its business license.
(2) Equipment that requires medical device registration according to national regulations must provide a copy of the National Medical Device Registration Certificate.
(3) Products that implement the manufacturing and installation safety certification, mandatory certification (such as 3C certification), and access certificate system in the People's Republic of China must provide qualification certification documents (copies) issued by relevant departments of the People's Republic of China.
(4) Bidders must have a medical device business qualification certificate (the business scope in the business qualification certificate should cover the category of the products being invested. If the products belong to category three, the medical device business license shall prevail. If the products belong to category two, the medical device business registration certificate shall prevail).
(5) If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product being bid on, the bidder must have one of the following authorization documents:
1) Original authorization letter issued by the manufacturer;
2) Original authorization letter issued by the domestic holding subsidiary of the manufacturer;
3) Copy of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer to the authorized regional agent and the authorization letter issued by the regional agent (the original copy of the special authorization letter is required, and the original copy of the non special authorization letter can be kept for reference)
4) Copy of the product agency certificate obtained by the bidder (original for future reference).
