3) The bidding goods shall have a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People's Republic of China" or "First Class Medical Device Filing Certificate" on the date of bid opening;
4) The bidder is a professional manufacturer of the equipment required for this production, or an authorized agent;
5) The bidding model provided by the bidder should have installed users in China;
6) The bidder has no significant record of illegal activities in their business activities within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
7) The bidder has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement or the list of parties involved in major tax violations by the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), and has not been included in the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn).
